I have a deep passion for watching films, especially those that explore psychology, human emotions, and mental health. By immersing myself in diverse genres and stories, I gain new perspectives on the human experience, which I bring into my counseling practice to offer fresh insights for my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy taking improv classes. It's a fun and invaluable way to enhance my communication skills and quick thinking. Improv fosters creativity, mindfulness, and presence, all essential elements in my work as a counselor. Plus, it's a fantastic opportunity to laugh, learn, and grow!
Gardening has become one of my favorite ways to unwind and reconnect with nature. It provides a peaceful space for reflection and reminds me of the parallels between nurturing plants and supporting people—both require patience, care, and attention to thrive. It's a fulfilling way to relax and recharge.
I’m passionate about staying updated on the latest trends and research in mental health. I aim to read every morning, exploring topics like self-help, psychology, and personal growth. I see learning as an ongoing journey, integrating new knowledge into my practice to ensure I’m offering my clients the best, evidence-based support.
Life is about balance, growth, and joy, and I love finding ways to bring these elements into both my personal life and professional practice.
